By using productprompt.io you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

Access & payment

Paid plans grant timed access (e.g. 6 or 12 months) to premium content, purchased as a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription, so nothing auto-renews. Access ends when your term expires unless you buy again. Prices and included content may change; changes don't affect access you've already paid for.

License & acceptable use

Your access is a personal, non-transferable license to read the content for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share the paid content, or share your account to give others access.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the Dispatch newsletter, you consent to receiving it by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue.

Refunds

Because content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Prompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
